Ice Cream Lab - Been here recently for ice cream tasting. It is located at Hitex, just below the hitex metro station, beside the next galleria mall. They have different and new types of ice cream and milkshakes. They pour liquid into machine which instantly freezes it into ice cream. You can see how instantly your ice cream is made, right there at ice cream lab.

I tried these new ice cream name, black diamond ice cream and also Dragon breath.
Dragon breath is made out of cheese balls. Something new, you should definitely try it out.

Had Pistachio and Rodeo Road milkshake.

Recently we were at ice cream lab, hi-tech city. This outlet is located just beside PVR icon, madhapur. They have very good seating which can accommodate around 12 people at a time. As the name suggests and it is a laboratory themed outlet and you can see equations such as Eu003dMC square on their walls. Even the mascot or logo is a cartoon sketch of a lab technician

This is an outlet of fast growing California based brand. They are already into 13 countries and this is the 7th outlet in India. They make their own fresh in house waffles and use a machine to prepare the ice cream. This makes it more safer for the person operating with liquid nitrogen

Try 1. Pistachios. This one has a base of pista flavoured ice cream. Topping is of crushed pistachios. This was nothing extra ordinary but tasted nice. The regular scoop of this one is available at INR 135

Try 2. Lotus experiment. This one was prepared with a base of vanilla ice cream mixed with crushed lotus biscoffs. Topping for this ice cream was crushed lotus biscoffs. This tasted great and it was my favourite. Vanilla and the lotus biscoffs were an excellent combo. The regular scoop available at INR 135

Try 3. Dragon breath. This one is a must try, not for the taste. But for the experience. These are cheese balls with liquid nitrogen infused in it. You really breath like a dragon on biting it. Regular is available at a price of INR 145

Amazing and all new flavours presented here with liquid icecream solidified by using nitrogen in the blender.. doesn't melt easily and thr texture is so much creamier.. no preservatives.. fresh ingredients used.. great place in hitech city for an ice cream craving..
