Caution ### HPR is completely unreliable and unethical company. I'm one of thousands of HPR victims. Their projects will not have any clear title and full of legal issues. One of their venture is completely submerged in water and they are not acting on it. So, you as customer will receive zero support from your builder if an issue arises. So, better to stay away from HPR.
