Not responsible .
I gave my laptop for a screen replacement. I requested the guy to complete it by evening as I have some work the next day. He said he'll do it and call me for sure by evening. But I waited till 9 pm and called the store. He said he repaired it by 7 pm but did not call because he forgot. I asked him if I could come there and he could hand it over to me. But he said it was not at all possible and told me to come the next day after 10am. I had to go there again the next day because they "forgot". When I went to the store and told them this issue, they responded by saying "oh, ok".
They don't keep track of things they promise.
But my laptop is working fine. Service is good.
