Worst experience ever. I booked through OYO rooms for swagath residency. i got a conformation number too. when went to the hotel, manager AKASH very rudely said there are no rooms available. WHY DID YOU CONFIRM A RESERVATION IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ROOMS AVAILABLE.I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN A CONSUMER CODE COMPLAINT. THIS IS NOT GOING DOWN VERY EASILY WITH THIS HOTEL.

Worst experience in my life never thought that swagath residency would be this much horrible They charged me 1300 Rs no WiFi. No TV no cooling mineral water not even bed sheets clean no towel irresponsible reception staff first time in my life in an emergency paid for hotel without seeing it and it turned out to be a nightmare
