The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non smoking room and both rooms smelled like smoke. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! ! I don’t even know how they got 3.9 out this rating. The male staff at the reception are very Disrespectful towards the guests. If we book the hotel directly at the reception then they are very happy other wise if we booked through online ALL RULES WILL COME. Worst experience in hyderabad.

Hotel reception staff is very much arrogant and unsupportive. There is no specific tarriff set for room. Everytime they will ask for different tariff what they feel. Amenities and furniture are old.
Room's windows doesnt have safety grill which is big concern if you are visiting with child.
Reception staff who supposed to welcome and greet visitors will talk so rude as if you are asking for some favor. Hotel owner should put them under training for communication skill development.
I stayed there but didn't find any wow moment to write about.

We were on our way back from Cheruvugattu and were extremely hungry. Dint want to compromise on hygiene because the whole family was travelling. We stopped by Kinara Grand and and it was a wonderful decision we made. We ordered Mongolian Chicken, Loose prawns, fish Biryani, chicken biryani, Chapala Pulusu, qubani ka meetha and icecream boat. Absolutely scrumptious food.
We were terrified because our car wouldn’t start. It was scorching hot. Whole family was with us and we dint know where to go and what to do. Their staff were very kind. They helped us get a mechanic and solve the issue. I’m grateful to them for being so kind. A
