Actually i want to give 4.5 Star as it is not available i'm giving 5 stars.
The only problem or inconvenience i experienced is that there are no paid channels only a small number of free channels were available on the tv.
Otherwise stay was value for money.
Rooms are well maintained and the staff is friendly and responsive.
Keep up the good work and please add at least one paid channel in each category of channels so that customers can enjoy their time at the hotel.

1. Wash room were dirty, no ventilation
2. It had rained the previous night, water had got in through the open window inside the room on 4th floor, staff had not cleaned it.
3. Frequent power cuts, generators don't have auto power on
4. In a 4 bed room, one of ceiling fans never work. It was same case in 2 of the rooms i checked-in. Though I bought it to the attention of staff, it was unheard. It was an oven experience when there was a power cut in the night at 1145 PM and it took almost 30 minutes for generator to come online
5. Hotel claims to be a 3 star hotel, it's self propaganda. It is not an authorized 3 star

Size of Double bed should bed bigger which is very small for couples and their child.The behavior of owner is very appreciative.This is an budget hotel for family.Staff of the hotel very good.
