Booked interior work with hometown in Hyderabad. They took 1 year to complete my interior work with many followups and emails escalation to their customer support team. Now doors and drawers are giving problem after 6 month of fitting. Calling their support people from last 2 months. Didn't get help. Felt cheated by hometown after getting home interior work worth 12 lacs and no support from them at all, despite they said 5 years of support.

Forgot to mention, dropping email with all details to care at hetown.in since last 2 months and getting no help

I'm giving this single star because there is no option to give zero stars for this hometown store, please dont waste your money as i had worst experience with this brand, you can never trust these guys with the quality or the dates they commit to complete work, last year I choose this brand for my new house wood work (later I regretted) , they delivered it 3 months late from the date they promised and even if we escalate also every time you will get same response from customer care. Still few work which were still unfinished and even after continuous follow up, even after 9 months, work not completed. My sincere suggestion would be never ever go for this untrustworthy brand
