My rating is 4.5 *.. I used the holiday zone for arranging a trip for my father in law and his friends( group of 12 senior citizens). The team shared detailed Itinerary and was very flexible and kind enough to makes changes as per our requirements. Hotel was amazing, food delicious, the tempo traveller provided was very comfortable and driver was also very professional. On request basis he agreed to take them to few additional temples as well.
I would have rated 5* but had a small hick up on Day 1. We were told in advance that early check in was not possible but had mentioned hotel had bathing facility common washroom which can be used and start with our Day 1 but when arrived bathing facility was not there and had to wait for an arrangement to be made. But have to agree their team person was available to assist and arrange the same. Except that all went really well.. It was a well organised memorable trip. Would definitely recommend..

Had a wonderful trip to Hyderabad . Thanks to Monika for patiently helping us with various options and finalizing. Had a amazing experience. All bookings were seamless and coordination was amazing.
We had the best cab driver Mr. Javeed, we were just a three family member's . We felt so safe and comfortable throughout. The whole itinerary was well created. Hotel inner circle was very nice..... Breakfast was too good.....Enjoyed a lot.

I have visited Hyderabad on April 2023 for the dates 24 to 27 through Holiday Zone. I had very good experience from them, they booked hotel and cab facilities. Good hotel and good cab arranged for the trip. A special mention to the cab driver Mastan, he was very calm and helpful. I recommend Holidays zone for all kinds of Hyderabad tour packages.
