The only positive thing is about rooms they are good and properly ventilated, except that all are negatives
- food is normal, don't expect too much
- cleaning will be done, but that also is not in a good way
- problem solving time - almost 2 weeks
Those who want only rooms and doesn't care much food join this.

Pros:
Its a new building,Good rooms with proper ventilation,seperate geaser for each washroom,no water problem,washing machine facility,good amount of parking space for 2 wheelers..locker facility and having good amount of place for drying clothes..

Cons:
Room cleaning is irregular and not a deep cleaning.
Food is just ok ok..
No dedicated dustbins and drinking water arrangement for each floor.
Management response is not quick.

I actually liked the room. The food was okay. It has washing machine available for hostelers. Washing Machine fee was included with Hostel fee which is very good.
