Dear [Restaurant Manager],
Haiking, Jubilee Hills Braanch,

I am writing to express my strong disappointment with the recent experience I had at your restaurant. My friends and I had planned to have a late dinner at your establishment on [ 24th May 23], arriving at approximately 10:45 pm, well before the posted closing time of 11 pm. However, to our surprise, we found the restaurant already closed.

When I called and spoke with a member of your staff, Brantley, he informed me that the restaurant was already closed despite the fact that we arrived well before closing time. I found his behavior to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I was shocked by the lack of hospitality and customer service provided by your staff.

As a frequent patron of your restaurant, I have always enjoyed the great food and excellent service provided by your team. However, this recent incident has left a bad taste in my mouth and has prompted me to write this complaint to you. I hope you will take steps to address this issue and ensure that all of your guests are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

It is located on the 4th floor with lift facility available. This is the branch of the main one located near old MLA quarters. Soups are their speciality and they don't disappoint at all. I've tried pepper chicken, honey sauce potatoes and bamboo rice. They were pretty average. The bamboo rice which is supposed to be cooked on bamboo isn't done like that here. They merely serve in bamboo like looking Container. The costs are on the higher end. Good ambience, well maintained, cordial staff and central location make this place perfect for family dine ins.
