Pleasant, well equipped, comfortable, well maintained, spacious and clean rooms. The premises is also well kept. Lots of commercial shops and restaurants nearby. Everything is in within walking distance. Excellent facilities at an affordable price.

This is an excellent, underrated place for a family stay in the middle of the city, close to many spots to visit, especially for tourists. I am surprised how little reviews this place has considering the quality of rooms, the hygiene, the service and the friendliness of the host. Everything was top-notch. I could only fault two places that they could use an improvement -
1. Providing each bathroom with a health faucet / bidet.
2. Providing a dedicated water can to each apartment so that the guests need not travel all the way down to reception for drinking water.
I could not fault anything else apart from the points mentioned. The host also speaks English so anybody can feel home even if you are an amateur in Hindi.
I really hope you guys get the credit you deserve, please keep this up!

I have been residing at Hafeez Residency since 2019, management is sophisticated and they provide impeccable and swift service, they are really concerned about the hygiene of the premises which is an add-on for me as I have kids, and they really need a healthy environment.
