Meditation, yoga when compare to gym person u will be more active no medicine usage no diet free up ur body . Excellent training by Avinash kumar
But the Srinivas is the worst person when we went to ask the fee for the gym he said to pay for personal training and he said not to say anyone about this but after seeing Avinash training we didn’t pay so he started complaining about Avinash and he made Avinash to leave gym
Now the gym became worst
