Gold's Gym is one of the famous franchise in fitness arena.
Parking : plenty of parking available for both cars and bikes in morning slot (till 10 am) after that parking is little tricky as this building consists of multiple businesses.
Gym is air conditioned, very lively with good music.
Gym equipment is now a bit old and thankfully everything works except for treadmills.
Trainers are available like 2-3 members on an average. I recommend hiring a personal trainer especially for boys.
Pricing for availing a P.T is very high.

I have been enjoying retro fit for the past 15 months and I found the gym to be spacious with enjoyable ambiance. The training staff and Bhaskar sir is really helpful in training and suggestions I seek. I found this gym to be the best .CAN JOIN TO ATTAIN HEALTH BENEFITS ????

But from what I've seen, the Gold's Gym personal trainers have a good reputation. With that said, I'd only recommend signing up for personal training with Gold's Gym if you're a complete beginner, you need guidance for a specific training goal, or you need to work out under the supervision of a qualified professional????????????
