Post sale service is not customer friendly. Customer can not cancel the purchase even soon after the order placed. Low quality products with high price, I am not satisfied with my recent purchase at GKB opticals. Not worth buying.

Very rude staff and terrible customer service! The do not perform any service on the specs purchased which every opticals is supposed to do!
