I booked couple of tours from this agency, Hyderabad. One of them was Full day sightseeing of Hyderabad. The guide and the driver were very polite, experienced and showcased their city very well. The acoustic system at Golconda Fort was so much realistic. We also walked through the narrow streets in the old city of Hyderabad, pearl and bangle making shops. Highly recommended agency. You can even book tours a day before.

My colleague Daniel and I had a fantastic time on this tour!!! Venu, our guide and our driver were wonderful. I felt extremely well taken care of, as if I had a good friend showing us the local culture, explaining in extreme detail our locations. Venu was VERY knowledgable when asked a million questions by me. ;) He is both very patient as well as an EXCELLENT english speaker. He even got my jokes which makes me happy. :) I loved the tour, it was worth every penny. I am here for business and I would recommend this tour wholeheartedly if you have one day to spend out on your own. It was the only way in which I could have gone to all of these awesome places, learned some about the culture as well as feeling well taken care of, safe, and having an overall great experience.
