I don’t generally write reviews but I’m writing now as soon my family tasted the cake. I ordered 1kg Biscoff cake(1500/-) on Zomato from the USA for my brother’s birthday and the cake came smashed. The delivery guy mentioned that the box was so leaky and he had to clean it before he handed it over. I thought it could be because of the hot weather. But, later I got a message from my brother “please don’t mind but the cake tastes awful and it’s spoiled for sure”. He literally had to threw away the whole cake.

I mean I saw reviews before ordering and they were mixed and old. Thought they would have improved their quality or packaging. I’m just seeing google reviews and the owner is literally ignoring the negative comments. Please take this as an action or a feedback to make your business better. It’s for your own good. We’ll just loose money but you will lose your reputation.

Bought the cake for my brother's birthday but it was like plum cake dry and flavourless it was a mistake to buy the cake. I don't recommend to buy from here. Karachi bakery or Swiss castle is a better option nearby Frost bakery
