This is a fantastic gym!! Trainer(VEERU) is super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for two months as of now and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great to loose some weight and burn some fat i personally recommend Fitness Plus Gym....

I joined here per personal training program for weight loss. I reduced half kg. Trainer not suggested any diet plan. No dedicated towards customers work outs .they are always running after for money instead of work dedication. In 3 months training program trainer Was present just 12 days. Money waste time waste for me. Its not worth.owner please wake up.
