I have been a member of the gym for 6 months now... I would say its very clean and tidy... the trainers really good at what they good, they often support and help your posture every now and then.
Gym is cleaned everyday and sanitized so their is no concern. This gym also facilitates a steam bath which is pretty decent... the rates for the 3,6,12 months is comparatively lower than any other gym in the area with all the necessary equipments for training.
Gym has both strength as well as cardio along with boxing, battle rope if you are interested.

pretty decent place to work out. The equipment is new and sanitized daily. The trainers are supportive and the gym has a good environment to exercise.

Awesome gym..and i was training in since 3 months.. special the trainer hyder. which I am working with him made me so confident and train each muscle along with the cardio and the tips made me explains how we can maintain the weight and body
