The gym is well equipped, the facilities are nice. My Trainer Ahmed is very Cooperative and friendly, and very patient. He as taught me very patiently as it was my first time in the gym and i am seeing very positive results too. Comfortable to work out

Gym has a pretty good space and equipment’s are very good. It is well managed and definitely has scope for more equipments. My personal trainer Ahmed Khan has a wide variety of variations for every individual. He comes up with new variations every now and then. He is good at understanding ones limits and manages workout based on it. He maintains a friendly environment and makes it comfortable for everyone. It has been a wonderful experience with him so far. Keep up the good work mate and wish you all the best.
