Rooms are maintained. A little small though. Hot water was not available on rainy/cloudy day in morning time around 6 am. I left key each day, but room was not cleaned still. It has to be requested explicitly. Ac control is centralised, so the temperature cannot be controlled. It's a cassette type of ac in lobby with vents in each room. There was a switch in room which can be used to on/off cold air, but I did not feel much difference.

The location is very good if you want something around high tech city. The rooms don't have natural light and the bulbs in the room are yellow. Currently the restaurant is not functional. Good for 1 night stay.

Worst exp for me
Room’s phone didn’t work. no normal drinking water available only bottled water which will be charged after one bottle. No water purifiers/ cooler. window had spider web from ages. toilet seat broken. room had no fan, and has Centralized ac which will either make Shimla or Thar. serves idlies or Wada from a nearby stall(thela) as breakfast, anything else (even tea in breakfast) will be charged
