I would recommend it for a one time visit only and I am sure you would feel the same after visiting this place.
80% of the shops belong to clothes and accessories which are related to women.
Most of the stalls (clothing, Dry fruits) are named and mentioned they are from Kashmir. not sure on the reality. They are expensive and need to bargain a lot.

Amusement rides are present and they are too expensive. On an average each ride costs you 100 per head. Also they charge for kids under age 5.

Food- Many a eateries are present and get variety of food. I would recommend to carry food for kids as most of the food we get there is lots of spice and oil.

A huge rush will be there during the weekends and festivals, It is better to avoid those days when you plan to take children. Please plan the items you want to purchase in advance to spend a quality time at the place.

NOTE- please carry cash to this place and the stall owners do not encourage you to do payments online. No proper network is present in the area.

Well, all good. You have all stalls, all food and all in one shopping experience. Nice safety and security measures everywhere. Entrance ticket is 40 rupees and timing 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm. I strongly suggest not to bring your personal car here because the parking space is little far from exhibition entrance main gate and they are charging 100 rupees for a car. Seriously pets are not allowed.

1. One time visit
2. Okay okay types of shops
I went on Friday at 4.30.
So, not much crowd.
Suggestion
1.there is a small train which takes you all around the exhibition in 10 minutes. Cost 30/- per head.
2. Have a look at exhibition in this train and if you still feel like shopping, you can do that
3. Go on week days . Weekends will be full rush.
4. Our side gate no 2, you will find lots of artificial jewelery. Quite attractive.
