Worse customer service experience. The sales associate can’t even attend the customer when required and requested for help. Degrades the customer walk in with stupid questions as ‘Is this 1st time’. What kind of representatives are being hired for a brand who aren’t even trained properly on how to give proper support and service. Never ever recommend the store on this reason!

Love shopping in Enamor always.This time it was in Gvk one mall in Hyderabad that I did my shopping and the experience was awesome.Kasturi and Tulasi helped me with the shopping and were very courteous and supportive.Also loved the way the
mannequin was draped with matching and eye catching attire.

People working in ua store should have a courtesy to attend d customer when entered inside, inspite of calling them she sits on d chair and asks wat u need from far.. this s d attitude u show to ua customers?!
