Amazing place… After visiting Elevate, tried other stores also to explore more variety but I found Elevate the best in the market with regard to variety and quality products. I had purchased a complete couch set of Nattuzzi. A special mention about Shikha whom we met was very very professional.and with her friendly approach we had decided to purchase other furniture also and we did. Thanks Elevate and Thanks Shikha

Horrendous customer service. If there is an option to give zero stars for the service I would’ve.

I’ve ordered a bunch of closets and a partition door from here. Once delivered and they leave your space, don’t ever expect them to address any pending installation issues. The partition door wouldn’t close completely (defying the definition of a door) messing up the entire accoustics of my home theatre room. Tried getting at least minimal response from them for almost 2 and half months now (still trying…) and all they do is tag some other person each time who hears (not listens, if you know you know) the entire details, says they will call back in the next 2 hours which apparently never comes. Ended up talking to almost every employee by now.

Closets came out okay. They have some model options but if you are someone who is looking to spend the next few months CHASING and STRESSING out for installations YOU PAID FOR, then this place is for YOU.
