A Worsening Experience
Having been a member of this gym for some time now, it is with regret that I report a significant decrease in its service quality and business ethics.
While the gym facilities are satisfactory, the financial dealings, particularly involving one of their trainers, are questionable at best. The most unfortunate part is that these issues have overshadowed the positive aspects of the gym.
I've found myself paying not only the standard gym membership fees but also additional, unsanctioned payments to a trainer named Mujahid, which were made in good faith to ensure personalized attention. However, these payments were required to be made 'under the table', hidden from the gym owner's knowledge. This sort of unofficial transaction is not only unprofessional but also casts doubt on the overall management of the gym.
When circumstances arose that prevented me from utilizing the trainer's services, Mujahid refused to provide a refund for the two months paid in advance, blaming me for not showing up instead of acknowledging the irregularity of the financial arrangement.
I am disappointed in the lack of integrity exhibited by this establishment, and I believe potential members deserve to know about these issues before joining.

Despite the gym's reasonable facilities, my experience was spoiled by deceptive business practices. A particular trainer, Mujahid, demanded extra, undisclosed payments for personalized attention. When unable to utilize his services, he stubbornly refused to refund the advance payments. An ethical establishment should not permit such practices.

In my journey towards fitness, I had the unfortunate experience of engaging with a gym trainer named Mujahid. On the surface, Mujahid seemed knowledgeable and attentive, leading me to believe that I would receive the best training. However, as our engagement proceeded, several red flags became apparent.
Mujahid required separate payments, hidden from the gym's management, to guarantee his attention during my workouts. Such under-the-table arrangements are unprofessional, unethical, and create a distrustful environment.
When I was unable to continue with the training due to unforeseen circumstances, Mujahid refused to refund the money I had paid for two months in advance. His insistence on blaming me for not showing up rather than acknowledging the inappropriate nature of our arrangement was both frustrating and unfair.
As a trainer, Mujahid failed to demonstrate the professional integrity and responsibility that I believe should be inherent in such a role. My advice to potential trainees would be to exercise caution when considering Mujahid's services.
