My cousin got Sambar rice and Aloo fry from here today for lunch, I got chance to taste a couple of spoons of the ordered items. The taste is really bad. Sambar rice tastes like some chat masala rice and aloo fry was tasteless with no salt on it. So if you are ordering from here, please keep in mind that food will be tasteless and not worth the price.
Above all, this part was hilarious.. they sent a piece of jaggery too in parcel, I wonder who eats jaggery with sambar rice or aloo fry.

Found big cockroach inside their food. Don't ever go for this brand, they will literally poison you with their food. Highly no to such unhygienic, poor standard food restaurants

After eagerly waiting for over an hour, my patience wore thin, and I decided to reach out to Zomato for assistance. Regrettably, Zomato's customer support failed to provide any substantial help or resolution. To my dismay, I received a notification stating that eatfit had canceled my order, without any valid explanation or compensation for my wasted time and anticipation.

Such deceptive practices should never be tolerated. Eatfit demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect towards its customers by accepting an order they never intended to fulfill.
