The park is quite large in area. It is like a oasis in the desert of concretes. It is hardly realizable how beautiful inside inside the park. Even in such a hot pursuit of real-estate and corporate the serenity wonders the visitor.

At evening the lighting of the cable bridge looks cool. There are lot of birds in the island.

There is very limited parking space , not enough to handle weekend rush. There is a ticket of Rs. 10/- per person which is reasonable.

Nice lake view park with cable bridge.
Wonderful for walking, cycling and boating here.
Authorities should take some actions to keep it more clean, especially entrance of the lake.
Limited parking. Kids play area is also available here.
Best place to chill out here with family/friends in the evenings.

Located in the heart of the city it's a beautiful park with a lake having a walking track around the lake. It's a good place to go for morning or evening walks. You can enjoy boat rides also for ₹50 per person. I would recommend visiting at evening time as it looks much beautiful when the lights are turned on. One can even enjoy a small picnic with friends and family. Sometimes you can even spot some birds on the lake as well.
When you take a boat ride after sunset the view of the Durgam Cheruvu bridge is excellent as the lights of the bridge are turned on.
The park also has an open air workout area with few equipment so you can stretch yourself there.
