Worst place to visit, the staff were very unprofessional and the lab guy was very rude and they charged us literally double what renowned diagnostic center like Vijaya are charging, and when I question Ed him he rudely told me that these are our prices we don't care about prices outside if don't like get it done somewhere else.

The medical guy would not be available there and they would ask us to wait for him to come.

Pathetic!!!!!

Dr Venkatesh Sir is very humble n polite at the same time. His treatment is upto the point as I have visited here 2 times n got treated very nicely. You can take appointment online and offline as well. Clean n tidy clinic. Vaccination is also available for children n adults. As 3-4 doctors are available here of different field.

You can read other reviews about the reception. The people are absolutely unprofessional. Their behaviour is pathetic to say the least. I'll detail the incident below.

My wife and I took our baby for vaccination. The doctor prescribed the medicines and i went to the reception to ask for the pharmacy. The person simply said the pharmacy is closed. I asked where else I can find the medicine, he said you'll have to look around.

I didn't have a vehicle, we had taken a cab to the clinic. Didn't have enough time to book another cab to look for another pharmacy so I started walking.
It took me good 20 mins of walking to find a pharmacy, only to realize the doctor stepped out of the cabin to take the needed vaccine from the pharmacy at the clinic and administered it.
I walked all the way back when I got the call about this.

I was obviously upset and upon returning I asked the person at the reception why he didn't give me proper information he behaved as if I was at fault for questioning him. All he had to do was tell me to speak to the doctor to get the vaccine from the clinic pharmacy. He started saying things about how he worked for 16 years and none of it was his fault. The tone was extremely rude and he was behaving so very inappropriately that I will never return to the clinic if i have to deal with the same receptionists again.

They are not only giving a bad experience but causing loss to the management, over the long term we would've visited several times.

Choose another clinic if you can.
