Dr. Praharsha was the surgeon for my father's bilateral total knee replacement and I interacted with him throughout the process and found him to be a thorough master of his craft, a very patient and detail focused listener and a very caring doctor. He walked me through the process for the surgery, the parts used, the technology, why that would be better and how the joint was behaving before and after. After looking at targeted plan for the surgery and the post operative scans and measurements for both knees, I a was convinced beyond doubt of two things - the mastery of the surgeon and the precision of the technology used. Dr. Praharsha was ever so patient with all of our queries, and took time out of his extremely busy schedule to go over and beyond all our expectations. His prompt response to symptoms, medication related updates and thorough follow up in post operative care helped immensely in making a speedy and successful recovery. It is indeed remarkable and perhaps a testimonial in itself that my father was able to walk without a walker 2 days after the surgery and able to go up and down a whole floor, by stairs at the hospital on day 3. He coordinated with the Physio staff, and changed exercises based on his observations and arranged other doctors needed for my father's specific needs.

We are truly blessed to have found ourselves under his treatment and expertise, and are profoundly grateful for the care he extended us. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Praharsha to anyone seeking orthopedic evaluation.

For my father’s knee replacement surgery I have travelled from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Initially there was some apprehension because of the logistics & thoughts as Bangalore city itself has very good hospitals. But I must say it was worth the effort.

Dr Praharsha is efficient in his profession. He made everything smooth right from the first visit. He explained patiently the entire procedure & ensured best treatment.

The hospital in Gachibowli is very neat & tidy. The staff were very supportive.

I must say I was happy I made the decision to travel to Hyderabad.

We have been trying to convince my mother to get herself operated on her right hip joint to have a better and.increased quality of life but in vain. It was only after she met this doctor she could with tremendous courage and confidence say that she will undergo the surgery. Such is the explanation given in detail about the surgery by Dr. Praharsha and the assurance that everything will be perfect is simply superb.

She underwent the surgery with the help of robotics which details the surgery with absolute accuracy and ease. The result as we see is phenomenal. It is a month now and she is doing all her daily chores with absolute comfort all by herself
