I have consulted Deepa mam through friend’s recommendation for healthy weight loss. I have thoroughly followed the diet plan and walk as given by Deepa mam and lost 5kg in one month of time. The diet plan given by her is simple but effective. She makes sure we wont stay hungry with the diet and the nutrition is provided. Main thing i am impressed is she gives personal diet plan for problems like thyroid, PCOS, diabetes etc. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a healthy weigh loss program.

I visited Deepa Madam for diet consultation on weight loss. Initially I was skeptical how would the diet chart look like, whether i would be able to consume it or not? Once I decided to take a 3 months plan with her, I started noticing visible change in my body. She is very punctual in sending the weekly diet without need for reminders.
