Regret going to this Doc. He neither understands the specific concerns of a patient nor he treats as per the problem. Asks for generic tests of CBP, TSH, X-ray, etc., and prescribes either basic pain killer pills or simple stretch activities (walking, stretching..). Simple waste of valuable time and money. We can get much useful information in YouTube for free.

I consulted him for L5 S1 disc bulge concern (lower back pain). Neither advised any medicines nor exercise or physiotherapy. He just asked me to take rest complete sleep only for 20 days. There is no improvement after 20 days. Also he was not explained well about dicease. Hence I consulted another orthopaedic in Apollo. He advised me to take physio and do normal walking with in 2 days I am fine. So won't suggest.
