Dr is good and patient. He has simple methods and is very encouraging. He is conscious of the age of patients and provides consultation and medicines as per that. He is very considerate about the health of senior citizens. He will suggest ways to improve overall health (like suryanamaskar was suggested to my father-in-law, he was asked to drink lot of water and eat salads to reduce intake of one of his medicines).
The reception staff can be more efficient. They will ask you to come 1 hour before the appointment time and make you wait. They can be better in appointment management

Doctor is really good.
But waiting time is too much. Patients should make it soon so that other patients will not need to wait for long.
His medicine is very effective. And Doctor Mr.DBN Murthy do not rush with patients. He gives
time to all his patients.
The need to work on waiting time of the patients. 2+ hours waiting is not good.
