I will never recommend this shop to anyone else
Practically speaking there is absolutely no customer value and service.
The owner of the shop was very rude. I think to give compliment Police other all what ever complaints to take actions immediately this rude Owner

Items are looking very nice but very expensive every item, the owner of the store is waste fellow, don't have little bit commonsense, how to speak, we went to buy wedding gift, so my both kids were sitting in the car outside of the shop, so suddenly after sometime my 6 yrs son cried and came inside the shop with my 16 yrs daughter, the owner who sat on the counter, he just shouted and told hey why are you coming inside kid's are not allowed, when he has that much fear that his items will broke, then he has to write a big board outside the store that kids are seriously not allowed in my shop, and we purchased 6000rs worth 2 gift items, they don't have a proper box to pack the gift, then we scold the girl who is packing, she said to wait for 1/2 an hour to pack in other box, then we time passed nearby place and again we came back to shop, then they packed in other box, when these people are selling this much costly things, they should maintain in a proper way and respect the customers , this shop owner not at all correct person, just a business minded person, not at all human values for him, lots of wonderful shops are there in Hyderabad, shraddha, Himalaya etc, they never behave like this owner, I really don't suggest this shop
