Country Oven seems to have lost their footing in the industry (especially this branch)
Had ordered a Spicy Chicken Burger and it was practically dipped in oil. By the time I took my second bite of the burger, due to the oil in it, the entire patties and veggies popped out. I have never seen a burger made using so much oil.
When informed the team about this, rather than apologise or taking corrective actions, the lady just said the chef would have probably used extra oil in a hurry and just walked away.
Later at the time of billing she out right asks for tip of Rs. 50/- for the horrendous service provided and oily burger served which was inedible.

I had chat with managers, they assured me to deliver cake to destination restaurant as it was not possible for me to pickup. Cake delivery was exactly on time.
Cake was designed as same as per our discussion. It was very soft, sponge and delicious too. All liked it very much.

You know you’re in trouble when you completely mess up something as simple as a cupcake/brownie. Tough as a stone, tasteless and unnecessarily expensive. Even the savoury items were less than mediocre...we loved the original at Ameerpet one for its uniqueness...this is a poor shadow. Not even a good copy.
