Recently opened restaurant in Hitech city, Opposite to Shilparaman, Unique ambience, crowded most of the time.. Authentic Hyderabad dishes are served here.. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well, Food is very tasty and value of money, They serve Haleem on every Friday, Located in prime area, You will not regret having food here. There is grill counter as well which serves delicious options, Polite and very friendly staff who suggest good options to try. Overall a good place to hangout.

We wouldn’t know the taste because it was extremely spicy. The waiter kept boasting about the food and understanding of how he understands the spicy level for foreigners but we ended up sweating. The food is good from the local standards but cannot be associated as fancy meal

Chicha's restaurant in Lakdikapul is one of my favourite haunts.; but, this time I tried their Hi Tech City location for the first time and had a bad experience. I understand that this is a new area, new outlet, and new challenges, but here are a few considerations from the customer's perspective (probably beneficial):
1. At 10:00 PM on Sunday, May 15, most of the menu items were unavailable, including Mutton Biryani. (Customers have high expectations, particularly while visiting Chichas. Please make every effort to give as many dishes as possible, mainly Biryani.)
2. In the summer, you are not serving chilled water bottles and other drinks, which is unacceptable.
3. Finally the "STAFF" appears to be inexperienced. Not very enthusiastic, and has no idea how to deal with consumers. They don't bother to present a menu unless you ask, and the same thing happens while accepting an order. Kindly change them or train them with basic SOP's.
