We went here for my 8 month old baby ear piercing after searching for so many places as we wanted the experience to be smooth and painless for her. We read the reviews and opted to go there even though it is pricey.

The so called “doctor” came after we marked the position for piercing. He is not attentive, no patience, and no ieea how to handle babies. He didnt give us any instructions how to hold the baby and keep her firm and just asked to hold her hands, she was bending her head backwarda out of fear, he didnt give us a min to adjust, instead decided to go ahead and pierce in the wrong place. When asked, he simply said, its ok, its fine. Lets mark other ear also in the same place. We asked what can we do about it, he kept saying it happens with kids, they wont stay still so this happens.

I dont understand! for this service, i wouldve gone to any store and get it done. We spent 3000/- for the service and care provided here which we obviously didnt get. He didnt take accountability for what he has done. We are left with disappointment. Ear piercing should be memorable moment but this place spoiled it completely. Staff simply said they are sorry about it. Now we have to wait for ear to heal and remove it, let the hole close snd get the piercing done in correct position. This happend in jublie hills branch. I wont recommend it at all. Its completely wate of hard earned money and our time. You can check in the picture, where we made mark and where the piercing is done.

I came here for regular de tan removal but the front desk lady suggest me to go for dr congratulations about my skin that why I went dr congratulations dr venkat suggest me to good for skin whitening treatment he show me some photos of his clinent celebrity it is completely amazing I thrust to them and I took treatment now my tan completely gone and m very happy with my new look that to the entire team of celebrity secrets special to dr venkat
