My experience is only with printing of passbook
Before we use to have a kiosk self service machine .
now we cannot find a person who can update nor machine

It's impossible to complete required work in single visit.
Bank is good for senior citizens.
Young staff also working in old fashion.
Our patience levels tested over here with free of cost. I am sure people under age of 45 will get failed.

Worst branch ever. My father having account from last 20 years,I visited this branch for education loan purpose. Im regretting now instead I need to have visit private sector bank or other branch. Most of friends from other banks got approval for extension in less than 5 days. For extension of loan also they do very slow process and staff all the time highly frustrated .worst branch ever.im planning to withdraw my accounts from this branch.
