I have been part of BYJUS IAS from 1year , recently they have shifted to new center , the infrastructure is much better with WIFI and printer also available for us to print material . The offline classes are good , Main point is teaching is professional unlike local institutes in Hyderabad. Glad to have made a good decision !!

**Scam Alert**
Very Big Scam

This review is on behalf of my brother.
My brother, joined IAS training classes. Initially, they said you could join and attend few classes, and if you didn't like them, you could get a refund. Within a week, we reported and asked for a refund, but the middle person didn't answer my calls sometimes and sometimes he did, asking us to wait. We trusted that he would refund me, but after a month, he started shouting at us and asked us to continue and pay the amount and it’s been a year and didn’t get any update till now. How cheap to obtain money in this way from poor people. Such a big company, yet they do nothing and refuse to address this issue.
@Byju's - I expect you to address this issue and resolve it within a week. I will reach out to you once you provide any steps to contact you. I have a pending transaction on my account in the name of Byju's. If I deposit any money, it will be deducted from my account and credited to Byju's. If you could look into this issue and resolve it, there will be no need for payment. I have all the books and an iPad with me, and I will return them once this matter is resolved.

PS: If this issue is not resolved within a week, please be prepared for legal actions. Additionally, there are numerous individuals who wrote reviews and are in the same situation who have been affected by this issue.

Superb institution for UPSC coaching, best faculty and best environment. Best equipment and good support overall. Overall best institute in Hyderabad.
