Yoga is a culmination of body, mind, intellect and soul. The classes at Bodhi are, every day a thrilling experience. The Asanas, Surya Namaskaras, Prana Yama, Meditation, Individual tasks, Group tasks are super, awesome, excellent and result oriented. The faculty are very friendly, cheerful and have a lots of patience, in teaching all students at different ages, both boys and girls. I pray my sincere Pranams to my teachers RamBabu Sir, Ashok Sir and Ramani Madam at Kphb and Vasant Nagar branches.I joined yearly course.I enjoy classes a lot for my personal and professional growth

I attended a two-hour yoga meditation class at Bodhi Yoga Studio led by Siva Sir, and it was a truly enlightening experience. Siva Sir’s guidance created a peaceful and calming atmosphere throughout the session, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the practice.
I found Siva Sir’s instructions easy to follow, especially when it came to focusing on my breathing. I highly recommend Bodhi Yoga Studio and Shiva Sir’s meditation classes to anyone seeking inner peace and mindfulness.
