Yesterday visited this place with my friend, we really loved the food, ambience and the cleanliness. The moment you enter the restaurant, it looks so serene.

We ordered chicken manchow soup, couple of starters, special chicken biryani and fruit punch. Special mention to Apollo fish and Biryani. Absolutely loved it. All the dishes were served hot and the quantity and quality was second to none.

Perfect restaurant for both families or gang of friends to meet.

Blue Jay Restaurant is new multi cuisine restaurant located near KPHB metro station . Has fairly decent ambience with two seperate PDR . Blue Jay is actually our Telangana bird and has a significance during Dussera festival for devotees .
The restaurant was very clean and hygienic , I was informed they always fumigate every morning from 9 . The staff were following all the COVID protocols and are vaccinated .

Food
We tried the cream of tomato soup ,Chicken Manchow Soup first . Chicken Manchow Soup was properly made and loved it . Tomato soup was thick and tastes nice .
For appetizers we tried the Dragon Chicken ,Egg Manchurian ,Chilly Mushroom and Apollo fish . Dragon chicken and Apollo fish were fantastic and had flavours on point . Mushroom was very soft and cooked well . The egg manchurian could be better .

In mains tried the Kaju Paneer which was very creamy and unlike other restaurants this was not that red colour ish as they don't add artificial colours to the food . Chicken Kalimirch had subtle hints of pepper which was actually nice . The vegetable Biryani was actually very good with flavourful , aromatic rice did go well the curries .
For dessert tried Sizzling brownie with ice cream.. The brownie was of good quality and it was polished off in no time .
The owner was very humble and he explained about he works with the staff and has strict no compromise policy on the quality of food ingredients .His vast expertise was quite visible with the way restaurant and it's food turned out .The staff were very knowledgeable ,polite and well trained . They suggested the dishes as per our taste . Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are around KPHB for its cleanest ambience , appetizing food and budget friendly pricing .

Very nice Restaurant,taste is very good biryani is a must try along with their kebabs and ambience was nice... ✌
