Excellent gym in OU Colony! Well-maintained, clean and provides a safe, functional and comfortable workout environment at very reasonable prices! Great place for meeting like minded people as well! What I really like is we get access to professional physical trainers at low monthly rate who can help with our training goals! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to become fit, lose weight!

It has everything I need for a workout and it is close to my home. I have been coming to this gym for more than a year.

Clean space, easy parking, and great staff.

Great personal trainers. Mostly I reach out to Fayaz for workout schedules and advice.
