Very very bad. They are just a bunch of cupid vultures.
1. You will never get your deposit back no matter what you do.
2. Mismatch of electricity bill of different rooms. Plus the common area electricity bill will also be added in your room bill. The electricity bill will be very high than usual 1500-3000 of 1 single room.
3. They won't even pay the ground level staff properly like the cook so you can see that impact on the food.
4. Room interior are very good but the staff and the management make the entire environment very toxic.

Place is very narrow. I mean the hall way is way too short. Plus the dinning is also not that big. Rooms are pretty good. For 4 sharing room are perfect. It has AC, a small fridge, cupboards etc. 4 sharing is 8K, 3 sharing is 9.5K and 10K.

Worst marketing team. They would say 15000 for two sharing and will give you 10,500 for three-sharing room. Too expensive and cheater marketers, with no quality. You will think that you got a discount but actually they are looting you. Prefer staying in independent apartments sharing with others. That is easier than staying in this PG
