Bought SR125 Bike (3months ago) and facing many problems.

After 1 month ( only 190kms drived) usage of bike, the game starts from here.

1. Service charge is too higher, no free services from day one, this
information was given after purchasing the bike..
2. Spare parts will not available immediately, there will take atleast 15 to 20 days to get the part from company ( this also order based) .
3. After that, To replace the part again there will take 5 to 7 day's (excluding sat and sun) , and including claiming process. Here, the bike should be hand over to service center from 5 to 7 days.
4. While coming to service - World's worst service ever seen, for sack of money there take the bike for service and do water wash, chain tightness and minor fittings, thats it. For this will cost you 3000+GST.
5. If customer tells the problem of a bike, there will not fix it and simply informs the issue is fixed and play with customers to get more money. if the customer questions then there will simply tell us. Kindly give one more day to fix it but 100% sure will not fix it, even if you give multiple times for service.
6. If you complain to manager, he is totally deaf dumb.
7. There will work only for sales, there will not bought for old customer.
8. The show room itself, will not give exchange there own manufacturing bikes.
9. Very very difficult to sell the bikes in market.
10. Lastly, I am ready to sell the bike SR125 BLACK (3months old) bike

I purchased keeway sr125,

I hope this bike gives best experience.
We are happy with the staff and CRM - Bishakha who were with us until we leave showroom with bike. And there is no test drive and servicing charges are mere high for this bike which leaves negative impact.
I am giving four star for now
After experiencing bike will provide exact details.

Benelli imperiale is a bike guys will love, It just makes people head turn for sure.The best part is it has no vibrations, Yes its heavy bike, With the distribution of weight you will never feel it.The road presence, Engine refinement, Build quality, Ruggedness suspension, Retro look is all a plus point.Turning radius is very less, Uturn will be challenging.Heat issues in traffic jams is evident else where not a problem at all.Rear tyre and tube is not available in market size is 130 80/18.Coming to the 0 star moment : they have an awesome product but service and parts cost, Will sink this product to the bottom.Exhorbiant service cost and parts cost will make you bleed.A simple example clutch cable and installation will cost 800 where as the same product same spec of himalayan will cost 300.Lack of service centers and inexperienced mechanics.Cost of replacement, Availability of parts to name a few are drawbacks.
