Collection is much better in Glamour - the other branch of Balaji. It's few shops ahead in the same lane

Worst place to buy anything from this shop. While buying they will promise 100 hundred things about exchange, alterations but when you go back to exchange they are extremely rude, not cooperative and keep saying new stock will arrive but keep showing old stuff. Do not recommend anyone buying from this shop ever.
I have been a loyal customer of them and hence visited them again but I was hugely disappointed by the customer service, products and their false promises. Please be aware and do not buy from this shop ever. I will post the same on social media.
