Earlier they were good. But now the "So-Called" hearing specialists don't even care about patients. They are very careless, rude & disrespectful. If you're planning to purchase hearing aid(s) avoid this center.

I have hearing problem in both ears. Social stigma of wearing bulky hearing aids behind ears, prevented me from going for hearing aid solution. Finally I took the step 5 years ago and went for small battery operated, insertion type hearing aids for my years.

I found the battery consumption is very high and have to change them frequently ie every 3, 4 days. Further the quality of hearing was not that good, and felt uncomfortable after wearing 4, 5 hours day. I stopped wearing them after 6 months.

Recently went to Aum speech and hearing clinic. They recommended, rechargeable " Signia Styletto 3X " Hearing aids for both my ears. They are extremely comfortable and I am wearing them 10 to 11 hours a day, without any discomfort. The power consumption is next to nothing. The clinic service is very professional and courteous.
I am glad I went to Aum clinic, and got perfect solution for my problem.
