The learning experience is quite impact to my overall well-being and the experience with tutor has been amazing to have imbibed much information in regards to nutrition also to my physical being. Sana has been giving motivation and learning from her produced tremendous amount of joy within.

However, my only suggestion is that if classes are conducted 4 days in a week it can be even more impactful.

I joined Asana Fitness Solutions particularly for issues with my tummy and love handles. I joined with zero hopes because I have already tried gym, personal trainer everything, and I am also not very disciplined. The only reason I am writing this review is that I am myself surprised with the changes in my body. My waist size has gone down 2 inches in 3 weeks. I have lost 4 kgs. My coach didn't ask me to limit my food intake. In terms of eating, I just quit eating maida based items and had timely meals. I am loving it. I have not still reached my target but at least I have hopes now that I can do it.

I have been working out with Sana in the morning group class for the last 5 months, I have pcod and I was overweight, doctor had recommended me to join yoga. I got to know abt Sana through my client swapna and in this 5 months, I have lost 5 kgs, I have lost inches, my dresses have become loose, without diet, my periods have become regular and I am seeing a lot of change in my energy levels and my skin has improved a lot.
