I have been attending classes for yoga and pranayama with Anusha and she is truly exceptional. Her expertise and passion for yoga will be seen in every session. I got a chance to take personal yoga sessions with her. I appreciate the personalized attention she gave me and supported me in every yoga pose. Amazing results, i'm suffering from depression since 15 years, i tried english medcine for so many years but there is no proper results. Anusha mam's yoga classes are superb.
Best yoga classes in this area. Flexible timings. Online and offline both. If you are not able to attend morning session, u can easily join evening one.
Everyone who wants to join yoga should give it a try once.
