I have had a pretty bad experience at the property. It is more like a retirementhome with no activities or social engagement for young professionals. There arehardly any kids, and most of the people with kids leave in 1-2 yrs., so turnoveris extremely high. People have some sort of air around them, as mostly businesscommunity live here. Theworst thing happened when the community failed to take strict action against asex offender who forced inappropriate behavior on one of lady maintenance staff,which led to 7-day strike. Unfortunately, that guy kept on staying in the communityand repeated the offense. I think safety is a concern, as it is a small communitywhere people look out for their owns, and new tenant / owner might feel isolated.
