Perfect accommodation for those who like neat and clean rooms. Executive class rooms. Coming to room rents for 4sharing 6500, for 3 sharing 7500. No 2sharing beds. Bed cushion is nice enough and comfortable. Coming to food what I felt it's very worst. Individual TV is provided in every room. Additional AC facility also available. Geyser is available in every bathroom. WiFi is available but maximum time very slow. Laundry service is not available. Drinking and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Fully covered with CCTV cameras. Hostel staff is very rude in nature, no one response correctly.

These are few things I faced
1. Water problem - if we informed to incharge...he didn't respond but on the he will collect the hostel fees..wrost behaviour
2. Some times food is not good
3. Cigarette allowed - it's causing many students who surrounding them.
4. hostel fee - 6 sharing Rs.7000 and 4 sharing 7500

Decent hostel for men with 1KM distance from SR nagar Metro. Constructed in 2017-8.
Charging 9K for 2 sharing since last few months. Earlier it used to be 8K.
They have couple of other buildings near by, leased to run as hostels.
