This is one of the best yoga class that I have been to, our Guru not only focuses on yoga postures but he has also guided us on the way of life.

The classes have helped me a lot in terms of physical health and mental health as well. I feel that I should have known guru ji before itself so that my life would have been more wonderful.

The yoga classes will definitely turn your lifestyle into a healthier one ( on a personal note I have got rid of all bad traits which I had )

I highly recommend this to everyone ????

My name is nirvan .Iam studying 8th class in naranayana high school . I joined in andariki arogyam yoga studio.l am
leaning yoga from Prasad Guruji garu l would like to share My experience.
Before joining ln yoga:
Iam in over weight and always I will woke
Up late in morning
After joining ln yoga:
Iam so energetic and so slim and happy
Everyday lam getting up at 5:00am
And doing yoga.

This is the first time that I attended yoga class, I never thought that this inner healing programme will help me a lot. I would like to continue this programme and be happy and healthy lifetime I am really thankful for satyanarayan Goud garu for inviting me to this programme
