Quickest response and booking, friendly and helpful staff, charges are affordable. The buses are perfect, clean and comfortable, punctual at pick and drop. Outstanding service. Best travels in whole Telangana state. Great experience and an ABSOLUTE RECOMMEND!!

Prices are very competitive but customer service is equally poor. Enough details are not given and the owner hangs up the phone on asking questions. Driver was changed three times for 28 seater AC bus and I wasn't informed about the same third time. After talking to a driver and confirming pickup time one day before, I called him 30 minutes before on pick up day and he said he can not come putting my family trip in jeopardy. A third driver was arranged on making a couple calls and he was late by 1.5 hours. The owner did not apologize and takes customers for granted. The driver was good and bus was average condition, however the process that lead to it was very stressful.

Worst booking experience. The person who is receiving calls is very annoying and not cooperative during booking and on reminding close to booking date for the pickup time, he is very very rude. So far before our scheduled pickup unpleasant experience. He is taking customers for granted.
No pleasing words and not sharing details after booking via WhatsApp messages.
